Our battle plan has four phases: Discovery & Strategy (understanding your goals), Design & Prototyping (wireframes and mock-ups), Development & Testing (clean code and rigorous testing) and Deployment & Growth (launching and monitoring your project). Post-launch support is included in all service packages.
What technologies do you use?

How long does it take to build a website?
Timelines vary by package. A single-page "Launch Pad" website can go live within 24 hours, while larger sites (10+ pages) typically take one to two weeks. Enterprise projects may take up to three weeks.
What will my website cost?
Pricing depends on scope. The Launch Pad Special runs $500–$1,000, the Essential Package $2,500–$4,500, Professional $4,500–$8,500 and Enterprise $8,500–$15,000+. For bespoke projects, DragonByte offers custom quotes.
Do you build e-commerce sites?
Yes. Professional packages include basic e-commerce support for up to 25 products, and Enterprise packages support advanced e-commerce with unlimited products and custom integrations.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Packages include 1–3 rounds of revisions (more in higher tiers).

A Web App Starter ranges from $3,000–$8,000 and can be delivered in 3–7 days. A mobile MVP (Startup) runs $8,000–$18,000 and is typically completed in 1–2 weeks. Native mobile apps start at $15,000 and take 3–4 weeks, while cross-platform apps ($25,000–$45,000) require 4–6 weeks. Enterprise applications ($45,000–$100,000+) span 6–10 weeks.
What features can be included?
Packages can include user authentication, API integrations, dashboards, payment processing, push notifications, admin panels and more. Enterprise solutions support complex feature sets (20+ features), advanced backend architecture and comprehensive analytics.

DragonByte manages content creation, community management and analytics across major platforms. Packages range from Starter Social (1–2 platforms, 6–8 posts/month) to Professional Marketing (3–6 platforms, 20–35 posts plus stories/reels and influencer outreach).
Do you handle paid advertising?
Yes. Growth and Professional packages include setup and management of paid campaigns; ad spend typically ranges from $200–$800 for smaller plans and $800–$2,000+ for higher tiers.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Starter Social packages require a 3-month minimum, while higher tiers require at least a 6-month commitment.
How will I know my results?
Monthly or bi-weekly analytics reports are included in each plan to track performance and optimize your strategy.

Do you offer website maintenance? What's included?
Yes. Plans range from Basic ($50–$75/month) to Enterprise ($1,200–$2,500/month). Features include weekly security updates, performance monitoring, backups, content update time, and—at higher tiers—performance optimization, SEO monitoring, emergency response and conversion optimization.
What about application maintenance?
DragonByte offers Basic, Standard and Premium app care plans. These include bug fixes, security patches, performance tuning, API maintenance, development hours, feature enhancements and priority support.

Will I own my website and code?
DragonByte believes clients should own their digital assets. We create hosting and domain accounts in the client's name and provide all access credentials and documentation. This philosophy allows you to migrate or modify your site freely if you ever choose to switch providers.
