Yes. Professional includes a basic shop with up to 25 products or a booking system. Larger requirements are scoped through Enterprise or a custom quote.

Yes. We create hosting and domain accounts in your name and hand over access credentials and documentation. Your project scope identifies any third-party software, license terms, and ownership exceptions.

You retain control of your accounts and digital assets. Documentation and access make future maintenance or migration possible without proprietary lock-in. Any migration work or third-party charges should be scoped separately.

We discuss data, access, hosting, and maintenance requirements during scoping. The protections, monitoring, and support appropriate to your project are documented rather than assumed.

Incident response responsibilities and support depend on your hosting and maintenance arrangements. We clarify those responsibilities and escalation routes in the relevant agreement.
